• Created and built new front porch, including installation of composite decking

• Built over 65 feet of retaining wall
• Built sidewalk to home
• Provided architect
• Garage was built from the ground up within very tight quarters. Includes:
• Hardie cement fiber siding with profile to match home
• Scalloped siding for accent
• 3 windows and an exterior door
• Atlas Pristine architectural lifetime shingles
• Electric garage door
• 6” gutter system and proper underground drainage
